ELVIS By Dano has been pleasing audiences around the Great Northwest, and beyond, as one of the most entertaining professional Tribute Artists (Elvis impersonators Seattle) for the past 14 years! Prior to that he performed many times as a talented amateur for ten more years. Yes, Dan Peterson's nice voice, natural moves, plus the way he often sings close up and personal to the ladies in his audience, add up to a fun and interactive tribute to the one and only Elvis Presley.
The Angel Of The Winds Casino in Arlington, Washington is one of the many places where Dano has wowed the crowd on Jan 8th for the Elvis's past birthdays. Yes, being a true Elvis Presley fan himself since the age of ten, he has loved singing along with The Great One most of his life. His first tribute to Elvis was back in May of 1994 at a church volunteer appreciation function, and in 1999 he sang his first full set of tunes to a very excited audience at the same hall. He was also a member of a rock and roll band around that same time period and he often performed tribute sets to Elvis. The crowd always lit up when Dano took the stage during those shows. After an eight year stay, he left the band in late 2004 and went solo to become one of the most rockin' Elvis's around the Seattle Tacoma area and beyond, as well as a great ballad singer.
ELVIS By Dano (a Li'l Johnny Cash) can also perform a lively and moving set honoring another of his childhood favorites, the legendary Johnny Cash. The perfect warm up act for Elvis, Dano's typical Johnny tribute is around a half hour in length, or up to about 45 minutes if requested. Dano dresses in all black, brings his old guitar, and sings along with the same great audio track system that he uses for his Elvis shows. His powerful sound equipment can easily fill a large banquet hall with amazing music. Many past clients have told him when he drops his pitch to that smooth baritone voice it is just perfect for songs that were made famous by "The Man In Black"! When a continuous two legend show is in the works, everyone gets really excited when Johnny does an about face to the audience and starts to slip on either the famous gold lam'e jacket or an awesome cape that was created for him by a past client. For added effect, he also puts on the gold rimmed Elvis sunglasses as well. Johnny Cash actually transforms into Elvis Presley as the dramatic music plays. When he turns back around to face the audience as "The King Of Rock And Roll", the crowd always cheers in delight. Clients also have the option of choosing any of his other Elvis outfits, with a clothes changing break in between.
Dano can pay tribute to Elvis of the 1950's in the flashy gold lam'e jacket outfit, the "GI Blues" army uniform, the late 1960's star in the TV Comeback Special leather ensemble, or of-course, the forever popular white jumpsuit costume of the 1970's icon. Once again, as the country/rockabilly star Johnny Cash, Dano wears the traditional all black. So, if you want your next event "All Shook Up", and maybe "Walk The Line" a little too, then ELVIS By Dano (a Li'l Johnny Cash) is the one!
Together we can plan a musical event that no one at your party will ever forget!

Elvis by Dano was very personable and made the guest of honor and other guests feel welcome. His act added spice to the party (most guests were senior citizens) and the guests enjoyed his performance and appreciated his professionalism and sense of humor. He was accommodating and flexible. Since the performance I have recommended him and told people that gigmasters is how I found him. Thank you for making my mother's 75th birthday memorable and fun.
